To familiarise yourself with the technique, the online course will cover the basic principles of silk ribbon embroidery. The samples you make to discover the possibilities of silk ribbon can be added to a source book or portfolio for later reference. .
Step by step we explain the process on how to make a product: tissue box or make-up bag | wallet. With the help of clear tutorials and pictures to demonstrate the steps, you’ll soon master this delicate material yourself.

The technique of silk ribbon embroidery works best by working on an embroidery frame. If you don not have a large embroidery frame, an embroidery hoop works fine as well (just a little more work).

I can wholeheartedly recommend this course for anyone who is involved in couture. This is also a valuable addition to the well-known techniques for quilters.
No previous education is required for this course. Anyone with some experience with needle and thread can follow this course. The course is a nice present to give away to a friend or to spoil yourself. An ideal project during a holiday or vacation.
