Students worldwide
Since the publication of my books on embroidery in the Kindle store of Amazon, I have received more and more requests from people all over the world to come and take classes. In May we open up for students around the world for a personal program, tailored around your needs and experience! The first application from South America has arrived. And you can join! (even if you ‘just’ live in The Netherlands). From May 18-29 there is the possibility to follow lessons at Dutch Couture Academy.
Course offer
Which courses can you take in the weeks of 18-29 May? I’ll list it for you:
- Introduction Haute Couture Embroidery (including tambour embroidery) – 4 day program
- Haute Couture Embroidery specialization (tailor-made program) – depending on your wishes
- Moulage, draping on the stand – 4 day program
- Japanese Pattern Techniques – 3 day program
- Chanel-inspired jacket – 6 day program
- Introduction to Al Aire embroidery – 2 day program
- Flowers for Fashion – 2-day program
It comes down to this: you can register for the course of your choice, and we plan the dates together within these two weeks. So you may come for 2 days or for 2 weeks or anything in between. In a short time you can gain a lot of knowledge, isn’t that wonderful?
The inspiration you get when you fully focus on a new topic for a few days, in the beautiful studio in the middle of Doesburg, together with other enthusiasts, has proven to be super effective for taking a new course in your life and/or profession. So come and recharge your batteries in May. You are more than very welcome!

How to Sign Up
View the range of courses on this website (see the tab at the top of ‘course offerings’ in Dutch and use a translation program, as we do not have the descriptions available in English yet) and then send an email to saskia@saskiaterwelle.nl
We will see together how we can realize your wishes this week.
